We've modeled the Jungle Circuit route using the typical standard bike characteristics from Zwift along with rolling resistance data supplied by (Zwift Insider ). For the rider, we modeled a lighter athlete holding roughly 2.5 to 2.7 Watts/Kg.

This route is offroad so it was modeled using a MTB. It also has a lead-in that will add about 10 to 12 minutes to your estimated model time to complete.
